R	Ron Lootens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had een probleempje met een luidspreker. Net buiten garantie termijn maar toch kostenloos verholpen. Dat noem ik nog eens service! Had a problem with a speaker. Just outside the warranty period but still fixed free of charge. That's what I call service!
G	Gianlucca Hoedeman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iEar heeft mij een product verkocht dat ze al aan iemand anders verkocht hebben en besloten vervolgens niet met een oplossing te komen en de koopovereenkomst eenzijdig te ontbinden. Dit is iets wat niet rechtsgeldig is. Ze hebben totaal niet mee gedacht aan een oplossing. Ik ben door Luuk en Ron Geurts erg onvriendelijk te woord gestaan. Slechte service, niet klant en oplossings gericht. Ik raad niemand aan zaken met dit bedrijf te doen. iEar sold me a product that they had already sold to someone else and then decided not to come up with a solution and to unilaterally dissolve the purchase agreement. This is something that is not legal. They have not thought of a solution at all. I was treated very unfriendly by Luuk and Ron Geurts. Bad service, not customer and solution oriented. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company.
I	Ivo Meerwijk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online een bestelling gedaan. Deze was vertraagd, wat uiteraard kan gebeuren. Wat dan irritant is dat, is dat je daar niets over hoort. Na de bestelling heb ik 1 keer een mail gehad met de bevesting, en daarna 3 weken niets. Contact opnemen met hen ging gelukkig wel goed en ik werd vriendelijk te woord gestaan en geholpen. Placed an order online. This one was delayed, which can of course happen. What's annoying is that you don't hear about it. After the order I had 1 email with the confirmation, and then nothing for 3 weeks. Fortunately, contacting them went well and I was kindly spoken to and helped.

Vier maanden tevergeefs op mijn bestelling gewacht. Toen werd me een alternatief product aangeboden maar die bleek de dag erna al aan iemand anders te zijn verkocht. De communicatie was al die tijd traag en gebrekkig, de poging om een oplossing te zoeken moest vanuit mij komen. Ik heb me voor €50 moeten uitkopen uit het deel van de bestelling dat ze wel konden leveren. Blijkbaar vindt iEar het een heel normale gang van zaken om na vier maanden slechts de helft van je bestelling te kunnen aanbieden. Ik vind dat niet, waardeloze ervaring. Tijdverspilling en spijt van mijn aankoop. Zie bijgaand een foto van mijn lege handen, vier maanden na mijn bestelling ;) If only I had read the reviews here before ordering because I recognize my experience in other reviews. Waited four months for my order to no avail. Then I was offered an alternative product, but it turned out that it had already been sold to someone else the day after. All the while, communication was slow and lacking, the attempt to find a solution had to come from within me. I had to buy out for €50 from the part of the order that they could deliver. Apparently iEar thinks it's quite normal to be able to offer only half of your order after four months. I don't think so, worthless experience. Waste of time and regret my purchase. Very knowledgeable and also showed a lot of patience with their unprejudiced listening to our wishes and coming with great suggestions. We were welcome to listen to music for a long time and even went over sketches of the house together to get a feel of the best fit for our situation. Highly recommend visiting the store!
