★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Stern ist noch zuviel. Nie wieder bestelle ich dort. Hatte u.a. ein Dinkelkissen bestellt. War ganz oben im Paket, so dass die Verpackung beim Öffnen beschädigt wurde. Habe Kissen retourniert, da unbequem. Ein anderer Rücksendegrund wurde von mir nie genannt! Erstattung wurde von der Sekretärin abgelehnt und erfolgte auch nicht. Wenn dort ohne Struktur eingepackt wird, kann es nicht mein Problem sein! Der Verbraucherschutz wird dort mit Füßen getreten. Zitat aus Widerrufsrecht: "Gesetzlich besteht bei der Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts für den Kunden keine Pflicht zur Rücksendung der Ware in der Originalverpackung. Der Widerruf kann aus diesem Grund nicht abgelehnt werden. "
1 star is still too much. Never again do I order there. Had u.a. ordered a spelled pillow. Was at the top of the package, so the packaging was damaged when opened. Have pillows returned, as uncomfortable. Another reason for return was never mentioned by me! Reimbursement was rejected by the secretary and did not take place. If there is packed without structure, it can not be my problem! Consumer protection is trampled there. Quotation from right of withdrawal: "By law, there is no obligation for the customer to return the goods in the original packaging when exercising the right of withdrawal." The revocation can not be refused for this reason. "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe hier schon sehr oft Medikamente geholt. Sowohl mit wie auch ohne Rezept. Bin immer sehr gut beraten worden und Preise sind fast immer wesentlich günstiger als in Deutschland.
I got medication here very often. Both with and without a prescription. I have always been very well advised and prices are almost always much cheaper than in Germany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nur minimale Ersparnis gegenüber Deutschland, manche Medikamente sind sogar deutlich teurer. Preisvergleich bei deutschen (Versand-)Apotheken hilft hier auf jeden Fall mehr zu sparen. Einige Medikamente wurden bei der Abholung vor Ort plötzlich deutlich teurer als bei der telefonischen Bestellung mitgeteilt. Vor Ort freundlich, die telefonische Beratung ist allerdings mangelhaft. Es wäre schön wenn man uns darauf hingewiesen hätte, dass einige Medikamente nur gekühlt transportiert werden dürfen. Dann hätten wir eine Kühlbox dabei gehabt. So müssen wir nun direkt zurück zum heimischen Kühlschrank und können unseren Holland-Ausflug für diesen Tag vergessen, Vielen Dank :(
Unfortunately, only minimal savings compared to Germany, some drugs are even significantly more expensive. Price comparison at German (mail order) pharmacies definitely helps to save more. Some medicines suddenly became significantly more expensive when they were picked up on site than when they were ordered by telephone. Friendly on site, but the advice over the phone is poor. It would be nice if they had pointed out to us that some medicines can only be transported refrigerated. Then we would have had a cool box with us. So we have to go straight back to the fridge at home and can forget our trip to Holland for this day, Thank you very much :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestelle dort seit Jahren meine Medikamente. Alles hat immer zuverlässig und reibungslos funktioniert. Die Preise sind gut und die Apotheker immer freundlich. Apothekeneigene Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür und in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden.
Order there for years my medication. Everything has always worked reliably and smoothly. The prices are good and the pharmacists always friendly. Pharmacy's own parking spaces are available right outside the door and in sufficient numbers.
