★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Producten goed, want t is een tussenpersoon, maar aftersales slecht. Twee keer gebeld, niet teruggebeld. Derde keer gebeld, betreffende specialistische monteur bleek op vakantie te zijn. Kan gebeuren, maar communiceer dat met de klant ipv niet terug te bellen. Voorts na drie weken nog een keer gebeld maar wederom niets terug gehoord. Prima. Doen we voortaan wel direct zaken met de fabrikant. Wel jammer.
Products are good, because it is an intermediary, but after sales is bad. Called twice, not called back. Called third time, the specialist technician concerned turned out to be on vacation. Can happen, but communicate with the customer instead of not calling back. Also called again after three weeks but again did not hear anything back. Fine. From now on we will do business directly with the manufacturer. Too bad.
