The company arranged a one hour time slot for the pick-up and the delivery at my house with me and came at the exact time that we agreed upon (even though it was late in the evening). The quality of cleaning was also great. Highly recommended.

At delivery at home, I was amazed by the results: they look as new as when I first bought them. Furthermore, I appreciated the quick and friendly response. I highly recommend this service, especially now during this coronacrisis, since the pick-up & delivery service and very easy-to-use mobile app (both iOS and Android) make it very convenient! ?? I was thrilled to discover that they would be opening in my neighborhood and now their second launderette is just a few blocks from home in Rijswijk. Excellent service and value.
