S	Shannon C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dried and styled my hair very well at the end and I left looking great, however the cut was really poor, she spent about 5 minutes cutting my hair, there really wasn't any difference. Also customer service was not great, the hair dresser hardly spoke to me, it was quite awkward. At the end of the day I paid alot for next to nothing.

I am a curly gurl and i have alot of knowledge but these ladies at the store are one of the best hairdresser i ever met. They got so much knowledge and the owner she got all the certificates you can imagine for a curls cut. She knows how to style and cut your curly hair. She alos gives you tips and tricks which products you should use. The price is unbelievable good for getting a treatment. I recommend every curly girl to make a appointment if you visit the Hague. I defently will go back to the store when i visit again. Amazing work ladies!!!

They really took the time to explain how you should take care of your hair, blowing it nicely and then cutting it once it’s dry (it makes sense that you cut curls on dry hair right?!?, but not everybody does it). The salon is modern with Dyson appliances, dozen of curly-friendly products. It’s not the cheaper but you really get someone who know how curls behave.

She is so kind and sweet she good very good advices and she explain everything what she does. Besides of that I love the fact that there is no blow dry to make hair straight and straightening treatment Thanks a lot I'll come back

I was so lucky!! I received the most caring treatment for my poorly damaged curls. While Rouda was treating my curls she was also giving some good advice on how to take care of them at home. This salon is tidy and very friendly! DELICIOUS coffee and a great vibe! I'm not going anywhere else for my hair care.

They had her email address (and her deposit) but did not deign to warn her of the lockdown and suggest a new appointment later on. Instead, she drove for 2 hours to get there. In front of the door dad another dissatisfied customer who was also incensed. No way to contact them. Received a very very short and demeaning reply via the instagram accoun, along the lines “you should have known better”. I suppose “customer service” and “client satisfaction” are not in their vocabulary any more, if these words ever wore. Don’t go there
