I do not recommend you talking to in any other language than Dutch to them, especially the middle-aged agent, as she explicitly stated, "don't talk to me in English in my land".
I unfortunately live in the same neighborhood with them. With my 2-year-old baby, we passed from the street next to the office of AB makelaars. My baby and I were talking quietly. Because my baby likes the street, we passed in front of their door several times. The agent, out from the door nervously, told us that the space is private, she can't talk to her customer because of us, we must leave immediately. Because I was responding her in English, she told me that I cannot speak to her in English in her land. After we moved several steps, she loudly put the plastic board with AB makelaars label on the way and said that we cannot pass.
For the international people planning to get in touch with AB makelaars, just be aware of what they actually think about you even if they smile on your face.
