Zuid received all our documents and refused due to the fact that we wanted to rent a house for 3 people, which was said in the first message, in the end I lost time. And in the end, I got the answer that for 3 people it is impossible. Awful company, I do not advise.

β β β β β After having cleaning service done and agreed during checkout that the apartment was perfectly cleaned, and no further cleaning was needed, Zuid charged me extra 200 euros from my deposit for cleaning. Not a serious company. You might as well not bother much with cleaning as they will charge you for it anyways.

β β β β β I lived in one of their apartments for 2 years and was always very well treated. The reception desk people, specially MariΓ«tte, were always very responsive and helpful. I felt like I was more than a tenant, but more like a guest. The apartment had great conditions (was kind of sad to go, even) and every time I needed maintenance or something to be fixed, Hank came to the rescue most of the times within the same day.
Really recommend staying with them. It might not be the cheapest housing solution in Eindhoven, but it is for sure worth the money.
