K	Karel Veeneman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg klantonvriendelijk bedrijf. Hebben slecht werk geleverd bij een motorreparatie, veel kosten in rekening gebracht en uiteindelijk het euvel net kunnen vinden. Voor een officiële Yanmar dealer een wanprestatie. Boot van pure ellende dan maar verkocht voor een dumpprijs wegens kapotte motor. De nieuwe eigenaar van de boot heeft de oorzaak wel eenvoudig weten te achterhalen en voor weinig materiaalkosten de motor weer gerepareerd. Jammer dat Abma niet wil toegeven dat ze in dit geval het niet goed hebben gedaan en mij daarom niet financieel tegemoet wil komen door hun kosten bijvoorbeeld te crediteren. Abma verschuilt zich achter inkoopvoorwaarden Metaalunie. Abma is niet lid van een geschillencommissie zoals de Hiswa. Dus daar kan je ook niet terecht als je een geschil hebt. Bedenkelijk. Er heerst een hele plezierige, gezellige sfeer op de werf; mensen denken echt met je mee en bieden ruimte om veel zelf te doen. Er wordt in oplossingen gedacht, niet in problemen. Het werd een Yanmar 2YM15.Via het net kwam ik bij Abma in Sneek uit, terwijl ik met mijn schip aan de randmeren lig. Geen seconde spijt. Alles klopte, ik overdrijf niet. Je kunt met een gerust hart met dit bedrijf in zee. In my sailing yacht (8 meters) a new engine really had to be built after 35 years. It became a Yanmar 2YM15. Ik vroeg Abma om de distributieriem van onze pas aangekochte boot met Volvo motor te vervangen maar gaven eerlijke feedback dat dit niet nodig was aangezien deze nog zeer recent vervangen is geweest. Zeker een trip voor nazicht waard. Great service! Professional advice from Ron and Lars, think along with you. You also save unnecessary costs. I asked Abma to replace the timing belt on our newly purchased Volvo engine boat but gave honest feedback that it was not necessary as it was very recently replaced. Definitely worth a trip to check.
