★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened an account,Out of the 4 packages and didn't receive the pin associated with the card,had to request it twice still didn't receive it ,went to find a way to get it sorted ,The person handling was absolutely rude,if you say no to a customer it has to be in a polite..Pathetic bank experience ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With ever decreasing visitable offices it is very sad to see that they have such weird opening hours. Especially for people who work. Furthermore long waiting times makes this the worst service possible for a public office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to open an account at 19.20, bank was closing at 20. They said it was too late and rejected to help us, and suggested to make an appointment any other day. How on earth can it take 1h to open a bank account?

They have no solution to this problem.
I already gon twice and asked for the debit card (first time opening the bank account) the second time they sent me a new card that won't probably arrive. Keep calling to there customer service same thing every time No Solutions.
