★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is beter om hier geen gebak te bestellen, maar het rechtstreeks bij de bakker te gaan afhalen. Allereerst rommelig verloop. Je krijgt geen tijd of tijdsindicatie toegekend na het plaatsen van de bestelling. Later op de avond ontvang je via whatsapp een betaalverzoek en dat verloopt dan ook goed. Vervolgens wordt de volgende dag pas laat in de middag bezorgd. Omdat ik ongerust werd tijdens het wachten op mijn bestelling heb ik de zaak meerdere keren gebeld. Niemand nam de telefoon op. Vervolgens blijkt er één taartpunt niet bezorgd te zijn. Hoe moeilijk is het om het aantal taartpunten te tellen voor bezorging. Wat een matige klantenkwaliteit. Erg teleurstellend.
 It is better not to order pastry here, but to pick it up directly from the bakery. First of all, messy gradient. You will not be allocated a time or time indication after placing the order. Later that evening you will receive a payment request via whatsapp and that goes well. Delivery is then not made until late afternoon the next day. As I became concerned while waiting for my order, I called the place several times. Nobody answered the phone. Then it turns out that one slice of cake was not delivered. How difficult is it to count the number of pie wedges for delivery. What poor customer quality. Very Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a cake online for delivery specifically at 12 in the afternoon for my birthday. There are time options of 10, 11, and 12. Delivery guy came 10:30 and dont have change with him, told me angrily that it was almost 12 and he does'nt bring change and I should pick up the cake myself in the store. Went there and got surprised that I still need to pay the delivery fee. Not a good service and definitely lost a customer here.
