Ik ben op een zondag per ongeluk naar hun nieuwe pand gereden dat nog niet open was vanwege hun verhuizing. Michael van ABR kantoorinrichting kwam mij alsnog te woord staan buiten. Hij legde mij uit dat ze nog niet open waren en dat ook hun producten nog niet op locatie waren.
Desnietaltemin heeft hij aangeboden samen van Den Haag naar hun loods in Rijswijk te rijden, zodat ik de producten die dag alsnog kon bekijken. Hij nam uitgebreid de tijd zodat ik alles rustig kon bekijken en heeft geduldig met mij de opties besproken zodat ik precies kreeg wat ik wou.
En nu denkt u misschien, dat ABR zo hun best deed omdat het om een grote (bedrijfs)order ging. Niet dus. Ik kwam er voor 1 bureau en 1 bureaustoel. Ook het bureau en de stoel zijn kwalitatief hoogwaardig en precies waar ik naar op zoek was. Klasse Michael. Heel erg bedankt.
My experience with ABR office design was an extraordinary master class in truly exceptional customer service and professionalism!
On a Sunday I accidentally drove to their new building that was not yet open due to their move. Michael from ABR office design still spoke to me outside. He explained to me that they were not open yet and that their products were not yet on location.
He nevertheless offered to drive together from The Hague to their warehouse in Rijswijk, so that I could still view the products that day. He took extensive time so that I could view everything calmly and patiently discussed the options with me so that I got exactly what I wanted.
And now you may think that ABR did their best because it was a large (business) order. Not so. I came for 1 desk and 1 desk chair. The desk and chair are also of high quality and exactly what I was looking for. Class Michael. Thank you very much.
