 Never buy anything from this store again. You get different bad furniture than what you bought in the store and what you paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne winkel, goed geholpen. We hebben hier onze bank gekocht en een boxspring! Betaalbaar en kwalitatief! De bezorgers brachten de boxspring naar de eerste etage via het raam, omdat het te breed was voor de trap. Vervolgens netjes in elkaar gezet en meteen afgerekend. Zeer tevreden klant!
Great store, well helped. We have bought our couch here and a box spring! Affordable and qualitative! The delivery men brought the box spring to the first floor through the window, because it was too wide for the stairs. Then neatly put together and settled immediately. Very satisfied customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waren hier al eerder wezen kijken, en zagen deze meubels uit de serie ‘Borneo’, die we allebei mooi vonden. Gisteren de knoop doorgehakt, en de meubels besteld. De hoekbank willen we in een andere kleur, dus dat gaat helaas even duren. Prima geholpen, we kunnen niet wachten tot de spullen in ons nieuwe huis staan! Leuke winkel, veel keus.
We had been looking here before, and saw this furniture from the "Borneo" series, which we both liked. Yesterday I made the decision and ordered the furniture. We want the corner sofa in a different color, so that will unfortunately take a while. Great help, we can not wait until the things are in our new house! Nice store, lots of choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I’m asking myself how it is still possible for a company to still exist if they offer nothing but a gruesome service.
Already when we got to the store 2 months ago we have been ignored and treated disrespectfully (maybe because we are younger - mid 20s - than the usual customers). It seemed like Haco and its incompetent advisors didn’t want to sell us anything. We had two wait 1.5h to order something!
What makes me mad though is the fact that you order furniture 2 months in advance and the delievery is incomplete on the settler delievery day - excuse me, but what do I want with 2 chairs for Christmas and New Year? They literally said one day AFTER the official delievery date that it will take them another month to deliver the missing furniture.
These people weren’t able to inform their customers in advance about the incomplete delievery (still we have to pay the full delivery fee of course!)
