Hele onvriendelijke praktijk. Superkille sfeer, en alles en iedereen lijkt van plan om je zo snel mogelijk de deur uit te werken. Verwacht hier weinig empathie en ga zeker niet uit van een glimlach. De assistenten worden al boos op je als je ze opbelt..
Very unfriendly practice. Super chill atmosphere, and everything and everyone seems to be trying to get you out the door as fast as possible. Expect little empathy here and certainly don't expect a smile. The assistants will get mad at you if you call them.

Erg slecht. Je krijgt een huisarts toegewezen en daar moet je het maar mee doen , ook al kan je geen fatsoenlijk woord wisselen met die persoon. Ze geven je niet de optie om intern te wisselen van huisarts. Met andere woorden: Deal with it of zoek maar een andere praktijk.
Very bad. You are assigned a doctor and you have to deal with that, even if you can't exchange a decent word with that person. They do not give you the option to switch doctors internally. In other words: Deal with it or find another practice.

Aan de praktiserende huisartsen ligt het echt niet maar de assistentes maken hier gevoelsmatig de dienst uit. Super onvriendelijk en echt te veel ongevraagde mening. Nooit een aardig woord of even meedenken met jou als patiΓ«nt. Nors afwimpelen of een standje geven, je voelt je direct een lastige patiΓ«nt. Van een warme dienstverlening is zeker geen sprake. Iets wat je in de gezondheidszorg toch graag ervaart je belt immers niet voor je lol. De dames hebben er blijkbaar geen zin in. Je ziet er al tegen op om te bellen. Helaas nog geen andere praktijk gevonden waar ik terecht kan, en triest dat het zo moet lopen.
It really isn't the fault of the practicing GPs, but the assistants instinctively rule the day here. Super unfriendly and really too much unsolicited opinion. Never a nice word or even think along with you as a patient. Scrupulously brushing aside or scolding, you immediately feel like a difficult patient. There is certainly no question of a warm service. After all, something that you would like to experience in healthcare, you do not call for fun. The ladies don't seem to mind. You are already dreading calling. Unfortunately, I have not yet found another practice where I can go, and sad that it has to go like this.

to put it simply; they treat you as if you are wasting their time, and as if they dont get paid to do their job. it's as if they're doing you a favor and you're a nuisance.

To get a flu shot I had to first register with them, wait several days, order and bring it myself from the pharmacy and then they charged me 25€ for a procedure that takes one minute. At some later point wanted to get vaccinations for the kids before our vacations. I start organizing it well over a month before and fill out the first forms. We know exactly what vaccinations we need but they still make me fill out forms. In the whole process they either don't get back to me at all or it takes a whole week to do so. The week before our travel starts we still have no confirmation or appointment to get the vaccination shots. Finally we decide to go elsewhere. Now they still want to send us a bill for spending so much time figuring out what vaccinations we need...

Too busy and unprofessional! When you are not well you need empathetic sensitive people. I asked for the manager to complain about this and they called the security, who chased me and my daughter all over the hospital. We hid in the emergency room asking for help, they called a social worker who ordered everyone to stop helping me (???) ?It can be fun...if you are not sick ?- Seriously ..what this hospital is only good for is for a film set...the rest is a tragicomedy. Hopefully they treat people with serious health issues with more professional sensitive attitude.

Not worth of the word academic, they dont take you serious here, have no ability to really diagnose people besides from the obvious like a broken bone or deep cut. If a patient has a problem a doctor sould activity look for the cause and possible solutions, and not think that most things will just heal in time and not paying attention to what a patient is saying. If a doctor is not able to make a diagnosis they should also communicate that, also if it they think it is not worth spending time and resources on at the present, or not within their ability, or if they think there is another course they should say so and why. I have heard several people complain about this practice, and i truly think some general practitioners / doctors here should really think of another field that would better suit them, like working in a lab. Besides from the right attitude towards patients a good doctor also has the ability to quickly make a diagnosis and help, but at least the first thing they should do right, otherwise its just a waste of valuable time.

β€œFor two weeks we have tried, without success, to schedule an appointment to renew and evaluate a medication for a serious condition. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, the secretary shares information that the nurse, a week later, says is incorrect, the dr does not keep agreements on calling back which fosters a deep absence of trust and general lack of commitment to our needs as patients. Culpability lies with the clinic until the new medication is given, and then we will request our file and find a dr. that will be responsible to our healthcare.”
