Het keuzemenu bij het bellen is zeer handig en je kunt zelfs online afspraken maken! Very nice doctors, nice doctors. The assistants are also very friendly and very helpful. The menu when calling is very handy and you can even make appointments online!

De assistent was erg onvriendelijk en bij het stellen van vragen wordt er gewoon door je heen gepraat. Ik snap dat mensen het druk hebben maar dit is geen manier van doen. Ik schrijf me in bij een andere huisarts. I fully agree with the previous two reviews. I called to ask if I could register and if it was possible to make an appointment immediately. The assistant was very unfriendly and you simply talk through when you ask questions. I understand that people are busy but this is not a way of doing things. I register with another doctor.

Vervolgens de assistent aan de lijn, die zeer onvriendelijk was. Ik vermoede een blaasontsteking en zocht een nieuwe huisarts bij mij in de buurt, aangezien ik net verhuisd ben. Dit is absoluut niet mogelijk aangezien ik een huisarts aan de andere kant van de stad heb. Er werd zeer verontwaardigd gereageerd, alsof ik een belachelijke vraag stelde. Ik denk dat iedereen graag dichtbij huis geholpen zou willen worden. Gelukkig is huisarts Sachs die hier ook in de buurt zit wel behulpzaam en mocht ik direct langs komen. Can find me entirely in the previous review. Just contacted me and on hold for 8 minutes, before I even got someone on the line. Then the assistant on the line, who was very unfriendly. I suspected a bladder infection and looked for a new doctor in my area, since I just moved. This is absolutely not possible since I have a doctor on the other side of the city. The response was very indignant, as if I was asking a ridiculous question. I think everyone would like to be helped close to home. Fortunately, family doctor Sachs, who is also in the area, is helpful and allowed me to come by immediately.

Naast dat is aangegeven dat er inderdaad gebreken zijn in het telefoniesysteem zijn ze bezig om dit z.s.m. op te lossen. Ik laat de originele tekst staan maar wil bij deze wel aangeven dat de terugkoppeling goed was met de (goede)hoop dat de daad bij het woord zal worden gevoegd. ------- Originele review: Ik ben blij dat dit niet mijn eigen huisartsenpraktijk is. Ik moest hierheen bellen vanwege een medisch probleem en mijn eigen huisartsenpraktijk was gesloten, deze praktijk was de achtervang. Moeilijk te bereiken telefonisch. Toch contact gekregen, probleem besproken, de assistente zou het met de huisarts bespreken en terugbellen, NIET GEBEURD. Kon de praktijk later in de middag zelf niet bereiken. Dit was op een vrijdag dus ik heb vanzelfsprekend geen leuk maar pijnlijk weekend gehad. Absoluut geen aanrader, aangezien het om zorg gaat vind ik 1 ster nog teveel! Addition: a few weeks later was called back nicely after the review below with apologies and in which the state of affairs was regretted, a lot went wrong. In addition to that it is indicated that there are indeed defects in the telephone system, they are busy resolving this z.s.m. I leave the original text but I want to indicate that the feedback was good with the (good) hope that the deed will be added to the word. ------- Original review: I am happy that this is not my own general practice. I had to call here because of a medical problem and my own doctor's practice was closed, this practice was the backstop. Hard to reach by phone. Still contacted, problem discussed, the assistant would discuss it with the doctor and call back, NOT HAPPENED. Could not reach the practice later in the afternoon. This was on a Friday so I obviously didn't have a nice but painful weekend. Absolutely not recommended, since it's all about care, I think 1 star is too much!

If you are not registered she wont listen to anything you have to say. If a visitor to Netherlands falls ill her message sorry you may die but she will follow procedures. Outright inhuman behaviour
I	Ines Lopes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. The assistants are very unfriendly, they have a nasty tone like you are a bother to them. Everytime we set an appointment for someone to call me, they don't. The last time this happened i called wednesday, they say they will call me friday - they didn't. So i call back monday and they say it wasn't scheduled, no apology from their side, i express my concern about this but the assistant just talks over me and doesn't care. I changed doctors after this. It was a simple issue that my new doctor fixed from one day to the other, whereas in this practice it took over a week.
