Ik beveel iedereen aan hier een bril te kopen! super nice shop with friendly staff! the eye test was very professional, the optician Jeroen was clear and told me exactly what he was doing and why. Service ready the same day, ideal if you don't want to come back for a second time and want your glasses right away I recommend everyone to buy glasses here!

Deze mensen wisten heel eenvoudig verbinding te leggen en deden ook écht moeite om de customer journey zo aantrekkelijk mogelijk te maken. Zeker in vergelijking met 'n doorsnee fashion store vind ik dàt bijzonder. Dat gold zeker ook voor de opticien die de oogmeting deed op zondagmiddag. Jullie zijn eerlijk in het advies, attent, heel vriendelijk en praktisch ingesteld. Pure winkelbeleving! Ben geen ervaringskundige; jullie laten zien dat winkelen op een druilerige zondagmiddag best prettig kan zijn. We have had personal contact with four people in the Arnhem store. These people were able to connect very easily and also made a real effort to make the customer journey as attractive as possible. Certainly in comparison with an average fashion store I find that special. That certainly also applied to the optician who did the eye test on Sunday afternoon. You are honest in the advice, attentive, very friendly and practical. Pure shopping experience! I am not an expert; you show that shopping on a drizzly Sunday afternoon can be nice.

One employee was working on the back and didn’t bother to say hi. Then when we left we saw him greet the next customers who came in. Just thought it was rude and odd and not what I experience in the store in Rotterdam.
