Na twee dagen kreeg ik een update van mijn vaste contactpersoon Aces, Beau Ducheine, dat de levering vertraging opliep met ruim zes weken. Dat kon ik niet gebruiken. Per mail heb ik de bestelling geannuleerd en wat denk je: twee dagen later was het geld al weer teruggeboekt. Service met een ster! I am one of the many office workers who suddenly have to work 100% at home. Ordered double pc screens via Aces Direct to make working from home easier. After two days I received an update from my regular contact Aces, Beau Ducheine, that the delivery was delayed by more than six weeks. I couldn't use that. I canceled the order by e-mail and what do you think: two days later the money was already returned. Service with a star!

Als een artikel lange tijd niet voorradig is komen ze zelf met een alternatief. Ook zeer tevreden met mijn contactpersoon Joep Ebbing. De portal is ook duidelijk, je kan precies zien wat er al wel of niet is verzonden van jouw order. Very satisfied with Aces Direct. We have been doing a lot of our purchasing here for years. Always delivered quickly, neatly packaged. If an item is not in stock for a long time, they will come up with an alternative themselves. Also very satisfied with my contact person Joep Ebbing. The portal is also clear, you can see exactly what has or has not been shipped from your order.

Mits op voorraad, de volgende dag al bij ons op het kantoor, top! Snelle en klantvriendelijke service ook via Joep. Verdient wel een lovende recensie dacht ik zo. Aces Direct has been providing IT related products for the company where I work for quite some time now. If in stock, the next day at our office, great! Fast and customer-friendly service also via Joep. Deserves a rave review, I thought.

Ongekend slechte actie van dit bedrijf. Ik doe nooit meer zaken met dit bedrijf. I had ordered a bag, my money was refunded without notice. When I look at my account I see that the order has been cancelled. Incredibly bad action from this company. I will never do business with this company again.

De fout werd simpel afgedaan met een halfslappe excuus. Waardeloos en onprofessioneel! Order not delivered on time. I had to call back on this myself, even though they were already aware that something had gone wrong with the shipment. The mistake was simply dismissed with a half-baked apology. Worthless and unprofessional!

I was promised emails and telephone calls to be returned only to never hear from him until I had to repeatedly follow up with him. UNACCEPTABLE. Furthermore, when assured that it would be processed, I only find out just now that he processed my order two days after he said it was originally done - clearly not truthful either!!!
