Bij Mutsaers ben je aan het juiste adres, de mensen denken met je mee, zijn flexibel en bieden super scherpe prijzen. Ik had zelf afwijkende (textiel)producten nodig en na het nodige overleg heb ik jersey ontvangen van hoge kwaliteit voor een prijs die nergens anders te krijgen is.
I searched (almost) all textiles in the Netherlands to find the right supplier. At Mutsaers you have come to the right place, the people think along with you, are flexible and offer very competitive prices. I myself needed different (textile) products and after the necessary consultation I received high-quality jersey for a price that cannot be found anywhere else.

Not only rude service by Ingrid but the customer service was terrible too.
I have ordered some fabric in November which I decided to cancel after a week or so which I am allowed to do. I requested them to cancel this order.
I have placed a second order which was only few bolts.
Now 2 month later I still try to explain to them I have paid €287.45 which I have never received. They want me to pay these fabric again. More then ridiculous.
Now I need to take this to the European Bureau because this company want me to pay something I have already paid. Spent about a whole day as they sent my fabric to the wrong address after I have requested them to change my address. I have spend lot of hours to explain they try to over charge me. They put something on the invoice which is was not even at the parcel.
I am running my business more than 3 years and I have never ever had issues with any company.
Don't purchase from them as you can find these fabrics somewhere else. If you email me I can happy to help!
Speak with the over the phone is even more terrible.
