★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een gouden spiegel besteld, maar helaas zie ik de goudkleur bijna niet in de reflectie. Had gehoopt op een meer aanwezige tint. Ook waren er geen productfoto’s op de site, wat het enigszins een gokje maakt (onhandig voor iets dat niet retour mag). Ook de mailtjes kwamen niet aan. Ik werd wel netjes te woord gestaan als ik belde, en het product was binnen 2 weken binnen. Goed personeel, jammer dat het product tegenviel!
Reactie: Hoi Daan, dankjewel voor je reactie. Het gaat om bestelling 684. Jullie hebben overigens wel mail van mij gehad, Pieter heeft daar ook op gereageerd. De enige afbeelding op jullie site lijkt gesatureerder dan het werkelijke product en toont niks in de reflectie, misschien zou het helpen om een object voor de spiegel zetten om te kunnen zien hoeveel gouder/geliger de kleur is?
Ordered a gold mirror, but unfortunately I hardly see the gold color in the reflection. Was hoping for a more present shade. There were also no product photos on the site, which makes it somewhat of a gamble (inconvenient for something that cannot be returned). The emails also did not arrive. I was greeted nicely when I called, and the product arrived within 2 weeks. Good staff, too bad the product was disappointing!
Response: Hi Dan, thank you for your response. It concerns order 684. By the way, you have received an email from me, Pieter has also responded to it. The only image on your site seems more saturated than the actual product and shows nothing in the reflection, maybe putting an object in front of the mirror would help to see how much more golden/yellowish the color is?
