★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een vreselijk personeel. Weigeren om iemand te helpen omdat ze het zelf niet kan door een handicap. Bah wat een vreselijke egoïstisch volk. Ik begrijp best dat als het druk is iemand even moet wachten. Maar om dan keihard tegen een zwaar gehandicapte vrouw te zeggen....NEE IK HELP JOU NIET! En vervolgens tegen een collega te zeggen, daar heb je haar weer ipv dat ze iemand meeneemt om haar boodschappen te pakken zodat wij dat niet hoeven te doen.
Om vervolgens van de klantenservice hetzelfde te horen. Ik vind het beestachtig schandalig!
