Het lijkt misschien gemakkelijk, maar het is het moeilijkste wat er is: de dingen eenvoudig houden. Welke Zeeman-winkel je ook bezoekt, de inrichting is altijd eenvoudig en het assortiment is in alle landen hetzelfde. Wat daar bij hoort is een oprechte manier van werken. Duidelijk zijn en doen wat je belooft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mevrouw achter de kassa was vanmorgen rond 10uur drukker met haar haar, nagels en telefoon dan met mij als klant. Bij de kassa kon er geen hallo vanaf en had ze alleen oog voor een klein kindje die perongeluk tegen de deur liep waardoor deze dicht ging.. vooral hard lopen zuchten en steunen is daarvoor de oplossing meid..
The lady behind the register was busier this morning around 10 am with her hair, nails and telephone than with me as a customer. There was no hello at the cash register and she only had eyes for a small child who accidentally ran into the door that closed it .. especially running, sighing and supporting is the solution girl ..
