โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service. Ordered shoes online with mail and proof and didn't let me in. The guy in the store was extremely unfriendly as well. Adidas is the only store I have experienced so far where you need to make an appointment for click&collect in such a rigid way. Thanks, but no thanks Adidas for making our lives even more annoying.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a wonderful experience w.r.t return of my football boots which was damaged within the warranty period.The staff were really helpful in accepting the damaged boots back and providing me with the adidas gift card for the price of the shoes. Thank you for the quick resolution with the problem without making me run loops around it.
