★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben een product gekocht waarbij op de website niet vermeld wat dat het niet compatible is met Macbooks. Waarbij ik dacht: bestaat dat nog?
Zo goed mogelijk verpakt en in goed overleg retour gestuurd. Adivo heeft slechts 50% van de inkoopprijs gecrediteerd, omdat ze vingerafdrukken moesten wegpoetsen en de handleiding op de verkeerde manier in de doos zat.
We have bought a product where the website does not state that it is not compatible with Macbooks. Which made me think: does that still exist?
Packaged as well as possible and returned in consultation. Adivo only credited 50% of the purchase price because they had to brush away fingerprints and the manual was in the wrong way in the box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scanners gisteren via bol.com besteld, vandaag zaten ze al in de bus. Helaas had ik het verkeerde model. Toen ik dit zag meteen naar Adivo gebeld, hier nam een vriendelijke dame op die me naar de website stuurde waar ze het exacte model aanwees dat ik nodig had. De retour van de foute modellen wordt nu ook verzorgd.
Scanners ordered yesterday via bol.com, they were already in the mail today. Unfortunately I had the wrong model. When I saw this I immediately called Adivo, here a friendly lady picked me up and sent me to the website where she pointed out the exact model I needed. The return of the wrong models is now also taken care of.
