The guy eventually even send me to a shell station to rent a "huifkar" because that would be the better choice for me. If that ain't a honest business than I don't know what is!

The only a minor complaint was .....their system did not send a confirmation letter to me.......

I've been renting cars here for about 10 years now, always great vehicles. Normally I use the service where you can deposit the car after hours. Very handy! However today after 12 hours of intense working for a move I was pleasently surprised that I could still make the 21:00 drop-off time mentioned as the final time you can do this. So I was like, sure why not! At 20:57 I arrive and the door is still open so I enter like every customer. I was helped by a nice lady who took my keys and went to check the vehicle. Then a man walked in and he mentioned that I was too late and should've never entered the shop in a very UNPLEASANT way. I tried to apologize, said I could still put it out back and tried to reason that they were still open and EVERY normal shop/service would say they close earlier so they can finish their internal chores. He kept saying how inappropiate we were that we entered at that time, without accepting the solution I just offered... I'm happy the vehicle was so great: +5 stars, the grumpy old man: -4 stars, the very nice lady: +2 stars. Result: 3 stars!
