β β β β β In the beginning of May I left my car here for A/C check and repair because it was not blowing cold air. Turns out that the cooling gas had to be refilled and I was told to come back for additional check in the end of May. I asked specifically, should I pay something extra for that additional check, they said NO. I came in the end of May for the additional check and asked again, should I pay anything in any case as a result of the check? They told me NO, it is free of charge and part of the previous pay from the beginning of May. I left the car to be checked. It turns out there is a gas leak in the system but it was too expensive for me to pay it for the time begin so I declined the fix and went to get my car back. Then I was told that I have to pay for the diagnostics more than 80 euro... If I knew that it will cost anything extra I would not leave my car for the extra check. After I asked 2 times I was lied that it is free of charge... I am very disappointed and I will not come back to this store in Veldhoven anymore! Do not lie to your customer in any case!
