★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marta the shop owner is very warm and welcoming, I am from Zambia and her originating from Congo (neighbouring country) she makes me feel right at home in her store. At M&R I find all the African meats and fish that we eat back home eg, goat meat, ox-tails, pre-cut bone-in stewing beef, beef trotters/knuckles, pork trotters, big tilapia bream fish, cornish chicken/country chicken/tough chicken/hen, chicken wings, chicken gizzards,fresh Turkey&smoked turkey, dried fish etc. And African vegetables and spices, and corn powder/ground corn... If it wasn't for M&R I would be terribly homesick. Oh and she also has a lot of hair extension for braiding and various hair products. If you're African and in search of African food, I strongly suggest you go to M&R, oh and all her meats and fish are between €3-€5 for 1kg, so extremely affordable, the hair salon is expensive though.

One is always happy and satisfied after shopping there because their products are mostly authentic.
