★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na veel artikelen bij deze winkel te hebben aangeschaft was vandaag toch de laatste keer. Duidelijke afspraken hebben wij gemaakt met de medewerker in de winkel. Een product dat zou werken naar behoren, maar achteraf moes daar ineens van alles bij, dit is op voorhand niet genoemd. Ook de gebruiksaanwijzing was vrij karig dus hebben wij besloten het product te retourneren. Het product hebben wij zorgvuldig uit het zakje gehaald zodat deze weer netjes dicht kon. Eenmaal bij de winkel wist de medewerker mij te vertellen dat ik het product thuis gebruikt heb en omdat ik klaar was hem weer zou retourneren. Ik werd gewezen op het feit dat door mijn acties kleine bedrijven als TDC failliet zouden gaan, deze opmerking vond ik zelf zeer ongepast. Mijn partner heeft telefonisch contact op genomen om te inventariseren wat er precies aan de hand was. Omdat het zakje open was geweest kon het product volgens hen niet meer verkocht worden. Ik vindt dit geen manier van zaken doen, in het vervolg zal ik de producten ergens anders aanschaffen.
After purchasing many items from this store, today was the last time. We have made clear agreements with the employee in the store. A product that would work properly, but afterwards suddenly all kinds of things had to be added, this was not mentioned in advance. The instructions for use were also quite sparse, so we decided to return the product. We carefully removed the product from the bag so that it could be properly closed again. Once at the store, the employee was able to tell me that I used the product at home and that I would return it again because I was ready. I was made aware that because of my actions small companies like TDC would go bankrupt, I found this comment very inappropriate. My partner contacted by phone to find out what exactly was going on. Because the bag had been open, the product could no longer be sold, according to them. I don't think this is a way of doing business, in the future I will buy the products elsewhere.
