Simpele online aankoop gedaan via AfterPay.
Geld is verdwenen van mijn rekening, zonder betaalbevestiging, terugbetaling. Vervolgens worden er betaal herinneringen verstuurd.
Na een 5 tal keer contact te hebben opgenomen via alle mogelijke communicatiekanalen, nog steeds geen reactie/oplossing.
Klantenservice 0/10.
Betrouwbaarheid 0/10.
NOT RECOMMENDED!
Simple online purchase made through AfterPay.
Money has disappeared from my account, without payment confirmation, refund. Payment reminders are then sent.
After contacting us about 5 times via all possible communication channels, still no response/solution.
Customer service 0/10.
Reliability 0/10.

β β β β β Ondernemers pas op!!!! Afterpay betaald hun partners niet uit
maar zit wel bovenop geld innen van consumenten!!
Ga nooit in zee met AFTERPAY. Er zijn genoeg andere
super goede aanbieders zoals Klarna, Billink.
De medewerkers van Business Development zijn ook zo netjes
om gewoon in klanten hun oren op te hangen.
Afterpay betaald ons al weken niet uit en heeft dagelijks hetzelfde
smoesje met de leugens dat het overgemaakt is maar er is geen ene euro zichtbaar!! Pas op ajb!!
Entrepreneurs beware!!!! Afterpay does not pay their partners
but is on top of collecting money from consumers!!
Never do business with AFTERPAY. There are plenty of others
super good providers such as Klarna, Billink.
The employees of Business Development are also so neat
to just hang up in customers' ears.
Afterpay hasn't paid us for weeks and has the same every day
excuse with the lies that it has been transferred but not a single euro is visible!! Please watch out!!

β β β β β I received several emails from AfterPay stating that I have to pay for a product that I never received. I called and send email for the problem to be solve. It was never solved. It instead become worst. AfterPay send me an email with extra cost to pay. This is madness for a product I never received.
I called again, it took 15 minutes for some one to pick up the phone.
I am very dissatisfied with AfterPay customer service and the webshop they work with ( nl. Protein.com).
I will no longer be using their serviceβΌοΈ?

β β β β β What a nonsense. Ive placed an order online using AfterPay as the other options were not working. Reminders were sent to the wrong email and finally I received a final notice by regulair mail. They are charging 11 and 16 euro over a total of 60 euro for these 2 reminders... Never been called before. Seriously unrealistic to charge 27 euro for this..

β β β β β Very poor business, focused to get extra pay in above payable charge! My case was not overdue but their IT systems did not allow to preform a payment, after a number of calls no access to their customer support. In the end I paid manually and try to get the overdue costs back, no chance!
First and last time I used the Afterpay service which is in the end a business modelβ¦
Reason I did try to use it was due to a webshop abroad, next time PayPal again for me!
Afterpay customer are you lifeline your support does not present this in any way of form!
