Day to day groceries are here for you if you live in this are of the city. It is surprising big once you enter and have some nice food that you can't find in Lidl or Aldi. Overall quality is also better than other supermarkets

The shopping baskets are filthy and gross me out, but I still go there because it's local. The staff are friendly and the self-service check-out is great. The store could be designed more efficiently. It is always packed with people. The BIO section is shunted off in an attached room that must be entered from the street outside. They could plan the store layout better.

It's nice to have a supermarket in the vicinity, but that's about it. The store paths are very narrow, making it impossible to keep your distance if you're still trying to do so. Staff and other customers don't help in that respect either. Staff vary from decent to plain rude and unhelpful, frequently talking and swearing amongst themselves as though you're not there. The store seems to have opted to keep only the smaller (and relatively expensive) packaging for things like milk and yoghurt, all the 1,5l packages which have disappeared asides from the store brand. Just today I noticed meat with an expiration date of today, which was discounted but should've been thrown out already. Overall, I wouldn't bother going here if it weren't conveniently located. Oh, and they stopped selling Marmite ?

This is really the poorest Albert Heijn I have ever came across. I go here sometimes because Jumbo (where they greet you nicely, play peaceful music, great assortment etc.) doesn't have certain products. This Albert Heijn has WAY to loud music, (mostly) impolite empoyees who scream to each other while working, smashing crates on each other in the alleys while you're passing by, clearly not taking the client into consideration at any point, it's a mess, blegh! Really, they should better place Aldi signage on the outside (and even then it would be better).

By far the WORST supermarket I've ever been too. The employees are so rude and impolite, you can only believe it once you see them in action (apart from the very friendly young guy who cleans the baskets at the entrance). Most of the employees just scream at each other in the alleys, they slam the crates on top of each other, not even caring if clients are around. Being a bit gentle while performing your everyday tasks would also be less stressful and beneficial for yourself... Just saying. AVOID THIS PLACE! Jumbo is only a 100m further and a much much much better place to do your groceries!

Staff not wearing mouth masks, missing prices, and products are often not placed in the correct place, (signs are also incorrect) in combination with a generally very chaotic layout where it's diffcult to maintain social distancing. Especially since there's no one way traffic at busy sections. I understand it's a city supermarket working with small spaces but also because of the extra risk you'd expect they would try to make everyone feel safe while shopping. Finally one more remark about the witlof I see this in most supermarkets, but these are to be kept in de dark that's why they have black plastic rather than see through plastic, when exposed to light the yellow top's turn green, once turned green they turn bitter in taste and shouldn't be bought, at Albert Heijn and other supermarkets they always display them in the spotlights and they won't replace them until they're sold out, meaning that in practice most of the time this product is not available at decent quality, these small things together with complete lack of knowledge form employees on basically anything (no offense but it's true) makes this an unpleasant supermarket to shop at. Edit: After I spoke the manager I have seen some improvements, so that's really good however whenever one of the team leaders is in charge rules are quickly forgotten and he's also rude

Good supermarket, not huge, but has everything that you need!

This is a small but excellent Albert Heijn. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have an organic store in store. Just wonderful.
