Deze persoon dreigt verkopers met ontbinden maar komt niet over de brug, houdt zich niet aan voorwaarden uit het koopcontract, houdt moedwillig informatie achter voor zijn cliënten, wanneer Peter geconfronteerd wordt met zijn incompetentie begint hij te schreeuwen en hangt de telefoon op, enzovoort. Ik heb oprecht medelijden met de kopers van ons huis, welke zijn cliënten zijn. In 1 woord onprofessioneel. Bunch of amateurs. A certain Peter in particular. No backbone. This person threatens sellers with dissolution but does not cross the bridge, does not adhere to conditions in the purchase contract, deliberately withholds information for his clients, when Peter is confronted with his incompetence, he starts shouting and hangs up the phone, and so on. Peter was toen al behulpzaam en eerlijk zelfs een half jaar later laat hij zijn klanten met problemen niet stikken! Bij dit bedrijf is de regel niet " de buit is binnen" . Hele fijne samenwerking gehad en zal met mijn volgende huis ook zeker weer ahuys benaderen. Ga zo door heren! I bought a home at this office in November 2015 (turn-key) and I received super help! Deze persoon heeft totaal geen affiniteit met zijn klanten en gaat respectloos met kopers en verkopers om. Makelaars zouden in mijn ogen "mensen"-mensen moeten zijn, maar dat is deze persoon totaal niet. In de telefoon gesprekken en het mailcontact dat er geweest is blijkt zijn ondeskundigheid en is gebleken dat hij totaal niet om zijn eigen cliënten geeft. In ons geval was hij de aankopend makelaar, die de belangen van de kopers van ons nieuwe huis had moeten behartigen, maar deze mensen totaal in het ongewis heeft gelaten omtrent meerdere zaken. Het meest schrijnende was dat hij zijn cliënten niet mee had gedeeld dat de koop een maand was uitgesteld en deze mensen op de oude datum met hun spullen op de stoep stonden. My advice to people who want to work with this company; Watch out for a certain Peter. This person has absolutely no affinity with his customers and treats buyers and sellers disrespectfully. Estate agents should be "people" people in my eyes, but that person is not at all.
