Rented a house in Rotterdam for 2 years via Touw Vastgoed Service. We were able to get into the house quickly at the time. During the rental period always had fast and good contact. Repairs could always be arranged quickly. We have always been treated correctly and kindly. Nothing negative to say.

When concerns or minor issues arose effective communication was regularly and easily accessible, followed by a prompt resolution. This is something difficult to find in a rental agency! When both checking in and out of the apartment we were given flexibility which was highly appreciated. There were no issues in the inspection of the apartment and we were quickly given our deposit back within a few days! Overall, I can recommend this company to anyone wishing for a pleasant, kind and stress-free housing experience.
