R	Relaxion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veel gedoe om mijn pakketje op te halen ze dachten eerder dat ik de boel kwam overvallen na een flinke discussie omdat ik mijn huisnummer moest geven terwijl ik mijn voor en achternaam zei en me id-kaart liet zien kreeg ik alsnog me pakketje niet uiteindelijk na 15min wachten heb ik het gekregen ze reageerden heel fel op mij A lot of hassle to pick up my package they thought I came over after a lot of discussion because I had to give my house number while I said my first and last name and showed me ID card I still did not get my package after 15min wait i got it they reacted very strongly to me

Deze was volgens hem kapot na 1x uitproberen en kon het niet terug nemen. Kwalijke zaak dat je voor zo'n lummelig bedrag je klanten afperst. Ik zal hier niet meer winkelen. Edit: Afpersing is inderdaad niet het juiste woord. Lees eens artikel 6 lid 2d van je algemene voorwaarden. "Indien hij van zijn herroepingsrecht gebruik maakt, zal hij het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en – indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk - in de originele staat en verpakking aan de ondernemer retourneren, conform de door de ondernemer verstrekte redelijke en duidelijke instructies." Het was bij deze pouch niet redelijkerwijs mogelijk deze uit te proberen en in originele staat te retourneren. This shop is very difficult to return. Been treated very badly by mr owner about a Warrior pouch for € 30 euros. According to him, this was broken after 1 try and could not take it back. It's a bad thing that you extort your customers for such a lame amount. I will not shop here again. Edit: Extortion is indeed not the right word. Read article 6 paragraph 2d of your general terms and conditions. "If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur." With this pouch it was not reasonably possible to try it out and return it in its original condition.

Echt jammer want jullie verliezen hierdoor erg veel potentiële klanten. Dus hierbij heb ik mijn bestelling afgebroken en besteld bij Shogun.NL waar levering wel gratis is bij aankopen boven 100euro Even if you want to place an order above 400 euros, no free delivery is provided for potential customers from Belgium. A real shame because you lose a lot of potential customers because of this. So hereby I broke off my order and ordered from Shogun.NL where delivery is free for purchases above 100 euros

After the store denied it was possible that the new battery was broken, I replaced my charger. Turns out the battery was broken after all. Not cool.
