W	Walter Huijsmans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ook voor dorpelingen hebben ze geen goede service donderdag weggebracht voor een nieuwe standaard er op te zetten op zaterdag helaas nog niet klaar dat betekend het hele weekend zonder fiets voor een 13 jarige, en wij hebben de dure fiets een Trek 2 jaar geleden daar gekocht dus geen fiets ergens anders gekocht en daar laten repareren maar dat wil niks zeggen, de service kan een stuk sneller en beter, de standaard is al kapot na 2 jaar en dan voor zo een dure fiets dan verwacht je wel wat meer kwaliteit. also for villagers they did not have a good service on Thursday to set up a new standard on Saturday unfortunately not ready yet that means the whole weekend without a bike for a 13 year old, and we bought the expensive bike a Trek there 2 years ago so I didn't buy a bike elsewhere and have it repaired there, but that doesn't mean anything, the service could be a lot faster and better, the standard is already broken after 2 years and then for such an expensive bike you expect a bit more quality.

Fahrräder ausgeliehen, alle Räder waren zu groß für unsere Körpergröße, keiner kam auf die Idee uns etwas zu erklären an den Ebikes, keine Satteleinstellung, ohne unser selbst mitgebrachtes Werkzeug hätten wir garnicht fahren können, Fahrräder dreckig, nicht gepflegt, Lampe mit Klebeband befestigt, Pedale kaputt,Klingel fällt auseinder. Da hilft auch der Preis von 52€ für 5 Tage nicht. Absolutely not to be recommended. Extremely rude and not helpful at all. Bicycles borrowed, all bikes were too big for our body size, no one had the idea to explain anything to us on the e-bikes, no saddle adjustment, we would not have been able to ride without the tools we had brought with us, bikes dirty, not well-kept, lamp attached with adhesive tape, Pedals broken, bell falls apart. The price of 52 € for 5 days doesn't help either.
H	Henny Overbeek-janssen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben een tandem en drie fietsen gehuurd dit weekend. We zijn vriendelijk geholpen. De fietsen zijn uitstekend, stevig en 7 versnellingen. Op zondag terug brengen terwijl de winkel is gesloten is geen probleem. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding zeer goed! We have rented a tandem and three bicycles this weekend. We have been kindly helped. The bikes are excellent, sturdy and 7 gears. Returning on Sunday while the shop is closed is not a problem. Price-quality ratio very good!

Die Räder waren gut gepflegt und sind sicher gefahren. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist fair und gut. Wir haben uns danach eigene Räder gekauft, weil es so viel Spaß gemacht hat. Friendly and good service. Everything was explained to us calmly and riding the bikes was a lot of fun. The bikes were well maintained and rode safely. The price-performance ratio is fair and good. We bought our own bikes afterwards because it was so much fun.

O	Omar Rawi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service. We were on a cycling tour trip around Holland and needed a replacement stem for one of the bikes. The shop did not have a new part but offered a used one for €50! Told that it’s a very rare part and of high quality!! We had no other options because we were miles away from areas with other bike shops. Accepted and paid, when left the shop noted 2 of the Allen Key screw heads were damaged and not usable. Returned the part back to the shop, received full refund but they were quite unhappy to return it. Luckily we were in Rotterdam for our next stop and bought a brand new part for €18.99. Have delt with many bike shops in the past and all were extremely helpful, this is the first time felt being exploited for being in need and miles away from help. Would not recommend if you are in similar situation.
