The offers are Ok, but the policy of retours is discriminating for foreigners since they request to have a Dutch bank account for the reimbursement of the amount paid... The employee's aren't motivated at all.

Very rude staff. I was considering buying a pair of shoes but looking at the staff's behaviour, I decided not to. They refused to give different sizes to try asking me to buy without trying.

Good customer service, Easy shoes to find not expensive at all! I highly reccomend this store!

Please, either close the store according to your working hours or update your working hours to reflect your closing time. I was about to enter the store at 19:45 today and a lady was sitting at the door telling people the store is closed. I asked why the store was closing or why they say it closes at 20:00 and her answer was that they will be cleaning the shop before closing.

Dear Aktiesport - You can do much better than that!!! I've been in many of your shops around the Netherlands - but this one was really one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a retail store. The service was extremely rude. When I asked for a pair of sneakers to try on, I received an answer like 'are you really interested in buying it before we go and get it in your size' - why would I else spend my time in trying on??? - it's not like there aren't plenty of other nice things to do when in Amsterdam ;). After the first pair did not hit my expectations, I asked for a different model and the seller was almost yelling at me with the words 'is that all you need for today?'. Not expecting to get VIP service in a sneaker shop, but seriously, treating customers or any people in this way is a big NO GO - and it's not that I have been condescending or rude at any point of time from my side. In particular, I'm addressing this to the bold, short and somehow stocky guy, who claimed himself to be the store manager: Even if you have a bad day (which I understand can happen sometimes), it won't get better if you vent your spleen on others.... Long story short: After confronting this guy on his disrespectful behavior and asked him on what's his problem, I got thrown out of the shop with the words 'get out now' - after the third 'get out' and asking for the manager (response: 'I am the manger' - although I know he was not), I left as I realized that any rational discussion will not fly here. The other staff looked at me in a pitiful way but decided to better not intervene to avoid any problems...Fortunately there where two other customers in the store who left as well in solidarity, after seeing what was going on... Conclusion: Aktiesport was a nice sport retailer to me until I had to experience this. For the future I will definitely avoid your shops - especially in central Amsterdam, there are plenty of other sports & sneakers shops that do much better in choice and service than this one...found the right pair of sneakers just 5 mins away in a different store (FL).
