Bought a luggage with a universal key on it.
But it doesn’t open since someone changed the code.
I called them to tell me how to fix it but they
asked me to come again by accusing me that I was wrong not asking for the pass when I purchased it.
Be careful.

The website of Samsonite says this shop is an official Service Point, in which Samsonite offers repairs for broken suitcases (which is great!). Unfortunately this shop only wants to provide this service if you bought the suitcase in this shop. The site of Samsonite says you can drop your broken suitcase at every Service Point, no matter if you bought it over there.
