Denn, der "Patient" muss die meiste Leistung erbringen, hier wird mir aber geholfen, die richtigen Schupser in die richtige Richtung zu bekommen. Natürlich geht das nicht von heute auf morhen und natürlich kann das lange dauern. Aber es ist es Wert. Man kann sich hier auch mit Gruppentherapie auseinander setzen. Es ist gut zu sehen, das man nicht alleine ist. Dazu muss ich aber sagen, das man immer hier her kommen kann und er er genommen wird. Evaluating a therapy or mental health care is hard. Because, the "patient" has to provide the most performance, but here I am helped to get the right shots in the right direction. Of course, that does not change from today and of course that can take a long time. But it's worth it. One can also deal here with group therapy. It is good to see that you are not alone. But I have to say that you can always come here and he is taken.

E	Emilie Blumenstengel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit nunmehr 10 Jahren bin ich Patientin in Meerbusch und kann nur sagen, dass ich mich dort bestens aufgehoben fühle. Wenn es mir schlecht geht, kann ich mich darauf verlassen, dass ich entweder zeitnah einen Termin bekomme, oder meine Ärztin mich schnellstmöglich anruft. "Bitte melden Sie sich, wenn was ist", wird hier wörtlich genommen. Und damit das reibungslos funktioniert, kann ich mich 100%ig auf die Mitarbeiterinnen am "Empfang" verlassen, die 1:1 die Informationen weitergeben. Egal ob ich "nur" ein Rezept benötige oder ein ausführliches Attest, sowohl meine Ärztin als auch die Mitarbeiterinnen sorgen dafür, dass ich es so schnell wie möglich bekomme (Rezepte am selben Tag). In der Ambulanz habe ich nie länger als 20 Minuten gewartet, der Wartebereich ist nie überfüllt, man sitzt den Mitwartenden nicht auf dem Schoß. Besonders schätze ich, dass meine Ärztin mir auf Augenhöhe begegnet und mit mir zusammen nach Lösungen sucht. Dazu nimmt sie sich Zeit, ich fühle mich wahrgenommen und verstanden. Auch auf nicht konventionelle Lösungsversuche lässt sie sich ein, was mir ebenfalls zeigt, dass ihr mein Wohl am Herzen liegt. Nicht zuletzt ist Hilfe von Seiten der Ambulanz durch Anwesenheit mehrerer Ärzte jederzeit gewährleistet - was für ein Luxus! An dieser Stelle bedanke ich mich ganz herzlich beim Team, im Besonderen bei Frau M. und Frau L. Ich möchte nicht mit Klarnamen unterschreiben, aber wenn ich sage, ich bin die mit der Häkelnadel und den Zettelnachrichten, dürften die, die mich kennen, wissen wer ich bin ? I particularly appreciate that my doctor meets me at eye level and looks for solutions together with me. She takes the time to do this, I feel noticed and understood. She also gets involved in unconventional attempts at solutions, which also shows me that my well-being is important to her. Last but not least, help from the ambulance is guaranteed at all times through the presence of several doctors - what a luxury! At this point I would like to thank the team very much, especially Ms. M. and Ms. L.
