S	Stephanie Bürger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Arbeit der "Familialen Pflege" mit Frau Mariam Ballali und Herrn Uwe Oster. Obwohl meine an Demenz erkrankte Mutter keine Patientin der Klinik war, war meine Teilnahme am Demenz-Pflegekurs kein Hindernis. Ich stand erst am Anfang meiner familialen Pflege und ein Grundwissen der Krankheit Demenz und der Umgang mit ihr waren mir sehr wichtig. Jeder in der Gruppe hat auch die Möglichkeit seine persönliche Situation zu schildern. Individuelle Lösungen können in der Gruppe oder in Einzelgesprächen diskutiert werden. Netterweise werden auch warme und kalte Getränke und Kuchen angeboten. Frau Ballali und Herr Oster sind sehr einfühlsam , kümmern sich sowohl um die Angehörigen als auch um die Patienten. Sie machen auf Wunsch Hausbesuche und informieren sich regelmäßig telefonisch nach dem aktuellen Befinden. Zusätzlich findet jeden Dienstag im Monat Gesprächskreis statt. Ich bedanke mich sehr Herzlich bei Frau Ballali und Herrn Oster. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent work of "Familial Care" with Mrs. Mariam Ballali and Mr. Uwe Oster. Although my mother, who had dementia, was not a patient at the clinic, my participation in the dementia care course was not an obstacle. I was just at the beginning of my family care and a basic knowledge of dementia and how to deal with it were very important to me. Everyone in the group also has the opportunity to describe their personal situation. Individual solutions can be discussed in groups or in one-to-one sessions. Kindly, hot and cold drinks and cakes are also offered. Ms. Ballali and Mr. Oster are very empathetic and take care of both the relatives and the patients. They make home visits on request and regularly call you to see how you are feeling. In addition, there is a discussion group every Tuesday of the month. I would like to thank Ms. Ballali and Mr. Oster from the bottom of my heart.
S	Sümi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erste Klinik, die mir die Augen öffnete, bevor die Magersucht mich letztlich zum Tode geführt hätte. So viel Fürsorge und Menschlichkeit durfte ich in keiner anderen Klinik erleben. Nach jahrelanger Magersucht, hab ich meine Krankheit komplett aufgeben können, indem ich realisierte, dass an meinem Selbstzerstörungsverhalten arbeiten und meinem Körper vertrauen muss. In dieser Klinik wird jeder menschlich behandelt und nicht auf seine Krankheit reduziert. Heute bin ich nach 10 Jahren 100% gesund. (natürlich muss man zunächst selbst die Arbeit hinein stecken) aber die Denkanstöße, die ich erlernen durfte, gaben mir Kraft meine Genesung komplett in die eigene Hand zu nehmen und nicht zu stoppen bis ich komplett befreit war. Lg Sümeyra Karaca :) First clinic that opened my eyes before anorexia finally led me to death. I was not allowed to experience so much care and humanity in any other clinic. After years of anorexia, I was able to give up my illness completely by realizing that I need to work on my self-destructive behavior and trust my body. In this clinic everyone is treated humanely and not reduced to their illness. Today after 10 years I am 100% healthy. (Of course you have to put in the work yourself first) but the food for thought I was able to learn gave me the strength to take my recovery completely into my own hands and not to stop until I was completely free. M	Michaela Medzech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dies Betrifft eigentlich nur die Familiäre Pflege 5 ☆! Hiermit möchte ich mich ganz herzlich bei Frau Mariam Ballaali und Herrn Uwe Oster bedanken. Sie kümmern sich nicht nur um die Patienten, sondern auch um die Angehörigen und besuchen sie zu Hause (auch wenn der Patient in der Klinik ist). Man kann sie immer anrufen wenn fragen da sind. Sie besuchen die Patienten auf Station und geben den Angehörigen Feedback. Von ihnen müsste es noch mehr geben, dann würde der Gang in diese Klinik auch nicht so schwer fallen! This actually only applies to family care 5 ☆! I would like to thank Ms. Mariam Ballaali and Mr. Uwe Oster from the bottom of my heart. They not only take care of the patients, but also the relatives and visit them at home (even if the patient is in the clinic). You can always call them if you have any questions. They visit the patients on the ward and give feedback to the relatives. There would have to be more of them, then going to this clinic would not be so difficult!
C	Cataleya Heronimus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe heute auf Station 10 B angerufen, um mich nach einer geeigneten amb. Begleitung oder Möglichkeiten zu meiner Thematik zu erkundigen. Die Pflegerin war vollkommen überfordert und hat dann einfach aufgelegt und mir vorher ihr Nichtwissen als Beleidigung ausgelegt. So kann man es auch machen bzw. mir noch erklärt, ich wäre auf der falschen Station. Auf Nachfragen, war es die richtige. I called Ward 10 B today to look for a suitable amb. accompaniment or possibilities to inquire about my topic. The nurse was completely overwhelmed and then simply hung up and previously interpreted her ignorance as an insult. You can also do it that way or explain to me that I was on the wrong ward. When asked, it was the right one.
X	Xy Sebi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Krankenhaus ist sehr sauber. Die Ärzte sind sehr freundlich und zu vorkommen genau wie die Helfer bin mega begeistert. Bin kein Freund von Krankenhäuser aber das erste Mal hab ich mich richtig wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die Neurologie und alle die mich Betreut haben. Haben mir das Fachwissen verständlich erklärt. Das Essen war auch ganz in Ordnung ! Also für mich war es das beste Krankenhaus wo ich eh war. Vielen vielen Dank. Kann nur sagen tolles Team und weiter so ! Liebe Grüße. Und bleibt alle gesund. 5 Sterne. The hospital is very clean. The doctors are very friendly and I am really enthusiastic about the way they act, just like the helpers. I'm not a friend of hospitals but the first time I felt really comfortable and in good hands. Many thanks to the neurology department and everyone who looked after me. Explained the subject matter to me in a way that was easy to understand. The food was okay too! So for me it was the best hospital I've ever been to. Thanks alot. I can only say great team and keep it up! Warm greetings. And stay healthy everyone. 5 Stars.

These patients are not your Guinea pigs that you treat them as you wish, they are human beings just like you and they didn't chose to be like this. It's your responsibility to help them that's why they came to you in the first place. If one could have a preview of what was going to happen, then according to my opinion I would have simply say no thank you and goodbye.

L	Lara Lara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 1 week. Station 14e and stuff was absolutely lovely and competitive. I feel myself updated, cured and healthy. Had suicidal crisis, but they fixed me well. I don't remember the name of my doctor, but he was 10/10! Very beautiful territory of clinnic near by forest, such a lovely place in general. I hope I won't go in such a place again?
