Ze heeft haar dossier goed op orde en geeft goede en realistische adviezen. Haar inschatting m.b.t. de marktwaarde van ons huis en de termijn waarbinnen het verkocht zou worden kwam helemaal uit. Zeker van harte aan te bevelen! Alice is a pleasant person and always easily accessible, if necessary even in the evening and weekend hours. She has her file in order and gives good and realistic advice. Her estimate regarding the market value of our house and the period within which it would be sold came out completely. Al tijdens het eerste gesprek kregen we het gevoel dat we te maken hadden met een zeer vakkundige maar ook betrouwbare makelaar. Het contact gedurende de gehele verkoop was uitstekend en vragen werden altijd snel beantwoordt, ook via de mail in het weekend of na kantooruren. Hun marktkennis is uitstekend aangezien het geschatte verkoopbedrag geschat erg weinig verschilde van het uiteindelijk geboden bedrag. Tijdens het hele verkoopproces werden we uitstekend begeleid. Uiteindelijk heeft de woning maar vijf dagen te koop gestaan voordat we een akkoord gesloten hadden. Deels heeft dit natuurlijk met de markt in Amsterdam te maken, maar hun aanpak is er wel een die ook oog heeft voor de geïnteresseerde koper en er voor zorgt dat deze ook goed geïnformeerd het pand verlaat. Ze hebben ook een 'no-cure-no-pay'-policy dus mocht je halverwege niet tevreden zijn dan kun je ook zonder problemen van ze af. Achteraf begrijp ik ook wel dat ze dit kunnen doen want hun diensten zijn van een dusdanig niveau dat je er helemaal niet vanaf hoeft. Our experience with Alice Bakker Brokerage is very positive. The contact during the entire sale was excellent and questions were always answered quickly, also by e-mail during the weekend or after office hours. Their market knowledge is excellent as the estimated sales amount differed very little from the amount actually offered. We received excellent support throughout the entire sales process. In the end the house was only for sale for five days before we had concluded an agreement. This is of course partly due to the market in Amsterdam, but their approach is one that also has an eye for the interested buyer and ensures that they also leave the building well-informed. They also have a 'no-cure-no-pay' policy so if you are not satisfied halfway through, you can get rid of them without problems.
