Paolo is a dedicated professional who went above and beyond to help us find our ideal property, He listened very carefully to our requirements and worked hard to ensure he only showed us properties that met all our requirements. He was responsive to all our requests and throughout the entire process of viewings right through the final phase of signing the contract, we felt we were supported by him and the whole team. Finding a property can be a stressful experience but Paolo and the EHN team did an excellent job mitigating this. We couldnβt have asked for a more responsive and helpful service - thank you!

β β β β β We had such a great experience with Expat Housing Network-- Julie, our wonderful agent, found us an apartment that checked every single one of our boxes! We have a 3-year-old French Bulldog, and when we first moved to Amsterdam we were told that it would be nearly impossible to find a landlord who would rent to us with a dog. Julie was super proactive and incredibly optimistic even when we were feeling a bit hopeless. She was never pushy and always positive and incredibly patient with us. Expat Housing Network's process was incredibly intuitive and felt very personalized to our needs. The apartment we are in now is our dream apartment and we owe that all to Julie and Expat Housing Network.

Super knowledgable, very fast to respond, and truly cares about YOUR needs. All the attributes I needed from a person that is looking for my new home. In the competitive rental market that Amsterdam is, he saved me from many headaches. I needed to set up my relocation as fast and stress-free as possible. Paolo made the whole process a BREEZE, and one of the biggest moves in my life become so much easier. I can not thank him enough and actually feel quite lucky to stumble upon EHN and him by a recommendation from another expat.
What's actually impressive to me is that the services do not stop at finding the apartment, you get full utilities setup, information on taxes and next legal steps, how & where to do it. For expats, this is so important since you are new to the country.

β β β β β They helped us get a house in the hectic Dutch housing market. It took a while but team was always committed which is also reassuring considering that they only get paid after we manage to buy a house. We never felt rushed or pressured to pick a house we didn't like or to take unnecessary risks during bidding process. They helped step by step with process that follows after offer is accepted all the way until signing at notary. I would recommend especially if you don't speak Dutch.
