Great kitchen shop! Our wishes are carefully listened to, supplemented with advice and experiences. Quotation clear. After two visits we had the picture and they were better than the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijzondere keukenzaak. Na persoonlijk gesprek voor een deels nieuwe Siematic keuken en deels nieuwe fronten kregen we 4 weken na dato de prijsopgave. Hierin stonden meerdere fouten en gevraagd om dit aan te passen. Op deze aanpassing wordt al meer dan 5 weken gewacht (nog niet ontvangen), wordt zelfs niet teruggebeld door verkoper. Lijkt erop dat ze geen zaken willen doen, ik zoek wel verder want ik ga hier geen keuken kopen.
Special kitchen store. After a personal meeting for a partly new Siematic kitchen and partly new fronts, we received the quotation 4 weeks later. This contained several errors and asked to correct this. We have been waiting for this adjustment for more than 5 weeks (not yet received), and the seller has not even called back. Looks like they don't want to do business, I'll keep looking as I'm not going to buy a kitchen here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I chose the showroom as they promised (on their website) to supply a kitchen model from a desired kitchen supplier.
Having made two (pre-COVID) visits and discussing extensively with a sales representative... sharing ideas, choosing appliances etc, receiving promises of specific requests, we waited... and waited... and waited some more... over a month in fact, if not more. Once we decided to inquire about the status of our design, we were told that the sales representative did not have any time and we should look elsewhere...
Very frustrating and disappointing...to waste our time like that.
