M	Mark de Ron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag 10-04-2021 om 10:00 uur langs geweest bij de KeukenConcurrent Cruquius voor het plannen van een keuken. We werden begroet door de manager, en gekoppeld aan de verkoopster Wendy. Tot op het punt waarop wij besloten er nog een nachtje over te slapen nog een oke gevoel. De manager had ons een bod gedaan voor als we direct zouden tekenen en waar we tot morgen over konden nadenken en wij hadden dat bod in overweging. Wendy moest de offerte gaan opmaken. Wendy ging toen op een opdringerige manier weer in gesprek met mij waarom ik niet nu direct wilde tekenen en tot koop wilde overgaan. Ik gaf aan dat ik dat al 3 keer heb uitgelegd en het bod in overweging nam. Wendy gaf mij daarop geïrriteerd aan dat ze dit wel erg jammer vond want het had haar toch al 4 uur van haar tijd gekost nu......mijn geen reactie daarop bliefde haar ook niet en daar reageerde ze ook asociaal op. Hierop zijn wij direct opgestapt. Ontzettend jammer maar Wendy is als verkoopster duidelijk ongeschikt. Om positief af te sluiten meer dan complimenten voor Rudie die de 3D tekening gemaakt heeft van onze keuken en ons van diverse goede tips heeft voorzien. Ik denk als jij onze verkoper had geweest had het waarschijnlijk heel anders gelopen vanmorgen...... Today 10-04-2021 at 10:00 a.m. visited KeukenConcurrent Cruquius to plan a kitchen. We were greeted by the manager, and matched with Wendy the rep. To the point where we decided to sleep on it one more night it still felt okay. The manager had made us an offer for when we would sign immediately and that we could think about until tomorrow, and we had that offer into consideration. Wendy had to prepare the quotation. Wendy then talked to me again in an intrusive way about why I did not want to sign immediately and decide to buy. I indicated that I have already explained this 3 times and considered the offer. Wendy then annoyed me that she thought this was very unfortunate because it had already taken her 4 hours of her time now ...... my no reaction to it did not please her either and she also reacted antisocial. We immediately relinquished this. A great pity, but Wendy is clearly unsuitable as a saleswoman. To conclude positively, more than compliments to Rudie who made the 3D drawing of our kitchen and provided us with various good tips. I think if you had been our salesman it would probably have been very different this morning ......
D	Dale Rekké on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie keuken, personeel van deze vestiging laat lang op zich wachten om een reactie te geven zowel telefonisch als mail bij een klacht of een probleem met montage van de keuken & verwijzen dan door naar de klantenservice, klantenservice is daar in tegen vlot van reageren en komt met oplossingen. De bezorgers en keuken monteur zijn vak mensen. Beautiful kitchen, staff at this establishment takes a long time to respond both by telephone and email in case of a complaint or a problem with the installation of the kitchen & then refer to customer service, customer service responds quickly and comes with solutions. The delivery guys and kitchen fitter are professionals.

We have very good experience with the kitchen competitor. We have been helped so well. By a very good seller. And a very nice kitchen.
t	thijs kudelstaart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren zijn we in Cruquius bij verschillende keukenwinkels langs geweest. De KeukenConcurrent sprong er uit. Negatief dan. Daar maakte een onbeschofte verkoper een botte opmerking over het feit dat we met een tasje van een andere keukenwinkel binnen kwamen. En dat we dan vast wel, als cheapos, een gratis pen van de KeukenConcurrent erbij wilden. Doei! Nooit meer terug. Yesterday we visited several kitchen shops in Cruquius. The KeukenConcurrent stood out. Negative then. There a rude salesman made a rude comment about the fact that we came in with a bag from another kitchen store. And that we would probably, as cheapos, want a free pen from the KeukenConcurrent. Bye! Never back.
R	Ruth van der Vlugt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keuken is in het wit geleverd ipv in het zwart. In september /oktober besteld en nog steeds niet de juiste kasten geleverd. Klantenservice geeft geen gehoor. Medewerker Rick is in geen velden of wegen te bekennen en veegt continu zijn straatje schoon. Komen met geen enkele oplossing. Wát een wanvertoning. Kitchen is delivered in white instead of in black. Ordered in September/October and still not delivered the correct cabinets. Customer service does not respond. Employee Rick is nowhere to be seen and is constantly cleaning his street. Come up with no solution. What a disgrace.

A	Alex F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: 1. The people in the store are very knowledgeable about kitchen furnitures and appliances 2. Sometimes they put out these free food samplers around lunch time. Cons: 1. Very salesman like atmosphere and interaction. 2. Not honest about their sales. They tried to pressure me into buying something by saying that their "special" sale would end soon. Turns out, they just change the name of the sale the next week with the exact same discount. 3. Not upfront with the cost of the individual items. I had to ask repeatedly to see a list of the items and their prices on the offer sheet.

Harry is an excellent salesman and did all the best to help me on getting my new kitchen in place. I went to other shops and they didn't even bother asking what I was looking for.
