Very satisfied with the service, knowledge and passion that all employees have and radiate. Also helped with after care. We'll be happy to come back.
i	indra kamphof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als beginnend en lange fietser(2.08m) zocht ik een fietsenwinkel die een tweedehands wielren fiets samen wou afstellen zodat deze maximaal aansluit bij mijn behoefte. Na een aantal zaken geprobeerd te hebben (die helaas niet zo behulpzaam waren) belde ik Izi bikes. Ik kreeg Erik aan de lijn, waar ik erg blij mee was. Erik was heel behulpzaam en enthousiast aan de telefoon en was een aantal dagen daarna toen ik langs kwam nog even enthousiast. Hij heeft ruim de tijd genomen om zaken uit te leggen over houding, maar ook meerdere malen de fiets anders afgesteld en mij steeds laten proberen. Alle andere medewerkers waren net zo enthousiast als ze even langs kwamen. Dit is duidelijk nog 1 van die zaken waar mensen passie voor fietsen hebben maar vooral ook oprecht behulpzaam zijn zonder iets te willen verkopen. Ik hoefde uiteindelijk zelfs niets af te rekenen! Maar reken hier op, als ik nu iets nodig heb, is Izi bikes de eerste keus! As a novice and tall cyclist (2.08m) I was looking for a bicycle shop that wanted to adjust a second-hand racing bicycle together so that it best meets my needs. After trying a few things (which unfortunately weren't that helpful) I called Izi bikes. I got on the phone with Erik, which I was very happy with. Erik was very helpful and enthusiastic on the phone and was just as enthusiastic a few days later when I came by. He took plenty of time to explain things about posture, but also adjusted the bike differently several times and let me try it all the time. All other employees were just as enthusiastic when they stopped by. This is clearly one of those things where people have a passion for cycling, but are also genuinely helpful without wanting to sell anything. In the end I didn't even have to pay for anything! But count on this if I need something now Izi bikes is the first choice!
E	Egbert Koetsier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In deze corona tijden zijn racefiets onderdelen en een plekje in de planning van een racefiets werkplaats schaars. Ondanks dat mijn Synapse niet uit de All izi shop kwam (de volgende wel) kon ik op korte termijn terecht voor het 'even' monteren van een elders gevonden nieuw voorblad. Toen ik ook een probleem met mijn crank bleek te hebben heeft All iZI mij geduldig advies gegeven welk type crank ik zou kunnen zoeken en waar. Onderdeel gevonden bij All iZi laten bezorgen en op deze manier toch mijn fiets snel weer in gebruik kunnen nemen. En de rekening? Was alleszins redelijk. Dus 5 sterren voor: 1. Meedenken 2. Flexibiliteit 3. Klantvriendelijkheid 4. Kennis van zaken. De werkplaats weet wat ze doen... 5. Verder heeft de shop een ruime sortering en een prettige vibe. In these corona times, racing bike parts and a place in the planning of a racing bike workshop are scarce. Despite the fact that my Synapse did not come from the All izi shop (the next one was) I was able to 'just' assemble a new cover sheet found elsewhere. When I also had a problem with my crank, All iZI gave me patient advice which type of crank I should look for and where. Have part found at All iZi delivered and in this way be able to use my bike again quickly. And the bill? Was reasonable in any case. So 5 stars for: 1. Thinking along 2. Flexibility 3. Customer friendliness 4. Knowledge of the facts. The workshop knows what they are doing ... 5. Furthermore, the shop has a wide range and a pleasant vibe.

Especially nice is the full range of Castellis and Sportfuls ranges, from very small to xxl. Pleasant place to buy stuff.
G	Gabriel Brouchon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pretty bad experiences with this shop. Came in to tune something for my bike, and they broke a piece while working on it. Told me they could not fix what I came for and what they broke. Offered no compensation whatsoever nor a solution to make the bike as it was before. Result I came out of the shop with a bike worse off than I entered and lost money. Would not recommend this shop.

I received good & balanced advice (no attempts to upsell) and made use of the in-shop bike fitting option to determine correct frame size and setup. The bike I received was built & set up perfectly. The shop owner inquired by email two weeks after the purchase whether everything was satisfactory. Highly recommend this shop.
