L	Leander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ik de reviews maar eerder gelezen dan had ik er nooit besteld. Op de website staat duidelijk vermeld 'Gratis retourneren', bovenin de banner. Wat blijkt als ik het retourproces doorloop dat ik er uiteindelijk voor moet betalen! Via de chat heb ik gevraagd waarom ik er voor moet betalen en dat zou dan aan de reden van de retour liggen, nou vrij simpel zoals wel vaker met online winkelen gebeurt, ik heb iets verkeerd besteld. Het is ongebruikt, in de originele verpakking en netjes binnen de 14 dagen. Helaas bleven ze dit herhalen in de chat en komen niet tot een oplossing. Zoals ik nu vaker lees in de reviews heeft het bedrijf een aantal servicewoorden op de website staan waar het zich niet aan houdt. Het is vrij simpel, als je iets claimt moet je er geen maren aan vast knopen. Het is misleidende informatie waardoor mensen kopen. Gelukkig zijn er een tal van andere webshops die hetzelfde aanbieden en ben je helaas dus weer een klant kwijt. If I had read the reviews earlier, I would never have ordered. It is unused, in the original packaging and neatly within 14 days. Unfortunately they kept repeating this in the chat and cannot come to a solution. As I now often read in the reviews, the company has a number of service words on the website that it does not adhere to. It's quite simple, if you make a claim you shouldn't be bound by it. It is misleading information that makes people buy. Fortunately, there are many other web shops that offer the same and unfortunately you have lost a customer again.

Ik heb vandaag gebeld en krijg vandaag een nieuwe adapter toegestuurd. De levering was al supersnel en nu ook nog deze topservice! Ik zou zo weer bestellen! I ordered 2 ultrasonic animal repellers and one did not work. The adapter was not good. I called today and received a new adapter today. Delivery was super fast and now also this top service! I would order again!

Ontbrak eens iets in de bestelling werd dit onmiddellijk nagezonden, nu laatst heeft PostNL mijn zending ergens weet ik veel waar geleverd, alvast niet op het afleveradres. Nu een week later wordt dezelfde bestelling kosteloos opnieuw verstuurd, hopelijk wordt het nu wel geleverd... bij andere bedrijven hoor je vaak niks meer en ben je geld en goederen kwijt. Donderdag een mail gestuurd en deze werd keurig beantwoord. Deellevering op vrijdag ontvangen. Tip voor de verkoper: geef nauwkeurige leverdata/voorraden weer en als je dit niet redt, geef een tussentijdse update. Had ordered a number of products on Sunday, received nothing on Thursday even though the website stated that they were in stock. Sent an email on Thursday and it was answered promptly. Hadden ze even kunnen melden, het wordt op de website aangeraden om het erbij te kopen. Bought 2 mousetraps with bait. Bait cannot be confirmed in the mousetrap. It's rock hard. Ik had er schoon genoeg van, en op zoek naar het 'krachtigste' middel kwam ik op hun webstek terecht. Ik kocht 3 verschillende 'krachtigste' middelen, en in tegenstelling tot wat AllesTegenOngedierte beweert helpt geen van de drie. De dieren zouden zeer geïrriteerd worden door de producten. We, bij het uitstrooien en uitgieten van de producten, kwamen 2 grote honden gezellig hun gevoeg doen. Ook nadien werd in geconfronteerd met uitwerpselen op de oprit en de stoep. Beste mensen, HET WERKT NIET! Ik voel mij ronduit bedrogen, in het zak gezet en wil mijn geld terug. YOUR CLEANEST FARMER DECEIT I have a problem with dogs and cats doing their thing in my driveway and sidewalk. I had had enough, and in search of the 'most powerful' remedy I came across their website. I bought 3 different 'most powerful' remedies, and contrary to what AllesAgenVerdierte claims, none of the three helps. The animals would be very irritated by the products. We, while scattering and pouring out the products, 2 large dogs came to join in the fun. Afterwards, he was also confronted with feces on the driveway and sidewalk. Dear people, IT DOES NOT WORK! They say that maybe the one I chose was full when they were labeling and that they had to put another address of a location where it could be delivered.(there are 2 in my neighbourhood!) That it was "only" 3 km away. ( no I have a young baby) I asked why they wouldn't contact me to ask for an alternative? How can they just mail it to an address I didn't choose? I find this so strange and ridiculous. There was no apology. They will get it back and send it to me, so I hope this time the package is delivered.
