Ook wordt de chat functie op de website uitgezet wanneer dat voor hun beter uitkomt. Levertijden worden niet nagekomen en track&trace kodes worden verstuurd van pakketten die nog steeds niet aangeboden zijn aan de bezorgdienst. Maar door de verzending van de track&trace kunnen zij de schijn ophouden dat de schuld bij de pakketdienst ligt. Uiteindelijk wordt je dan gebeld door de "klantenservice", maar dit gesprek wordt op een hooghartige en arrogante klantonvriendelijke manier gevoerd. Waardeloos bedrijf, waardeloze klantenservice, oneerlijke voorraadmeldingen en slechte communicatie. Kortom; er zijn betere bedrijven om je spullen bij te bestellen. Hij is makkelijk in gebruik en de temperatuur is heel goed te regelen.
