You do not have to make an appointment because then you will be laughed at and they will not have time. So don't do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koop gerust iets bij sanidump, maar niet bij deze vestiging in Utrecht. Werkelijk onbeschoft personeel. Toen wij een wijziging wilden maken in onze bestelling van badkamertegels (1 dag nadat we in de winkel waren geweest), kon dit al niet meer. Aan de telefoon het ik gesproken met iemand die onze bestelde tegels vergeleek met asielzoekers. Deze mensen zouden net als onze tegels ook in een vrachtwagen zitten en daar kan dus niks meer in of uit?!? Te beschamend voor woorden.
Wij komen hier nooit meer terug.
Feel free to buy something at sanidump, but not at this location in Utrecht. Really rude staff. When we wanted to make a change in our order of bathroom tiles (1 day after we had been in the store), this was no longer possible. On the phone I spoke to someone who compared our ordered tiles to asylum seekers. These people would also be in a truck, just like our tiles, so nothing can get in or out?!? Too embarrassing for words.
We will never come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most ridiculously arrogant and verbally abusive staff. No one takes responsibility for anything. It is always somebody else's fault. Delayed delivery, wrong orders on a number of items. No effort taken to fix the wrong orders. if you call to follow up because you're bathroom is half complete for the last 3 weeks, and your move in date delayed, the staff yells on top of his voice while accusing you for all the woes. I'd stay far away from this business.
