Tijdens de reparatie bleek er meer aan de hand te zijn waardoor hij veel langer bezig was. Eindresultaat, droger doet het en voor dezelfde prijs, wat overigens niet duur was. Dank je Paul Paul has repaired our dryer. Price we had agreed in advance and would have happened quickly. During the repair it turned out that there was more to it, which meant that he took much longer. End result, it works drier and for the same price, which was not expensive. Thank you Paul

Dankzij Paul hebben we een vakkundige check gekregen waaruit bleek dat de vaatwasser een investering niet meer waard was. Hij legde ons op verzoek vervolgens een aantal passende, kwalitatief goede machines voor waarvan wij een hebben besteld, die Paul voor ons perfect heeft geïnstalleerd. Een gouden adres, dus als er ooit weer iets is dan weet je alvast Paul, dan bel ik jou :-)! An absolute must. Our dishwasher gave out. Thanks to Paul, we received a professional check that showed that the dishwasher was no longer worth an investment. On request, he then presented us with a number of suitable, high-quality machines, one of which we ordered, which Paul installed for us perfectly. Helaas was de vaatwasser niet meer te redden, maar dezelfde dag nog had Paul uitgezocht welke machines zouden passen binnen onze wensen. Dat heeft veel uitzoekwerk bespaard. De nieuwe machine is keurig geïnstalleerd voor een vriendelijke prijs. Paul denkt mee, is flexibel, betrokken, en kundig. Aanrader! When I called Paul, he was there within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the dishwasher could not be saved, but the same day Paul had found out which machines would fit our needs. That saved a lot of research. The new machine is neatly installed for a friendly price. Paul thinks along, is flexible, involved and knowledgeable. Recommended!

I told him the problem and he explained possible reasons of this problem in detail and suggested to follow a few youtube videos and try to fix it myself. I followed his instructions and problem solved. Therefore I give him a 5-star even we have not met.

Got consulted on the phone that dryer is very old and it is better just to buy a new one, conversation was very pleasant and polite. I felt that they are really willing to help me. Consultation was free. So will definitely call next time when there will be an appliance that can be saved :)
