★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had problemen met de wasmachine. In plaats van meteen langskomen etc tegen betaling, eerst de opties besproken hoe hem zelf aan de praat te krijgen. Hierdoor hem zelf weer in gang kunnen krijgen. Heel erg netjes van dit bedrijf! Bedankt! Mocht er wel iets zijn dat niet op te lossen is, dan kom ik zeker hier terug.
Had problems with the washing machine. Instead of immediately coming by etc for payment, we first discussed the options how to get it to work yourself. This allows him to start again on his own. Very nice of this company! Thanks! If there is something that cannot be solved, I will definitely come back here.

En als het dan nodig is, staan ze meteen voor je klaar en geven ze veel meer dan de beste service! Ze repareerden zelfs iets in mijn keuken wat ze zelf niet geleverd hadden, gewoon, zomaar! Waar vind je zo'n goede service? Bij Andrea XL dus. Voor mij geen andere leverancier meer voor huishoudelijke apparaten.

Zoals bij eerdere bezoeken, was ik ook deze keer blij verrast door de klantvriendelijkheid en service, naast natuurlijk de kwaliteitsapparatuur. Geen typisch "verkoopmannetje" door wie je geholpen wordt, maar iemand die echt naar je wensen luistert en met je meedenkt, waardoor je samen iets uitkiest wat bij je behoefte en budget past. Daarnaast kon ik slechts een kort moment thuis zijn voor bezorging, en hebben ze als vanzelfsprekend de agenda zo ingevuld dat mijn wasmachine precies op dat moment geleverd wordt. Klasse! Waarom je nog zou kopen bij een onpersoonlijke keten, is mij een raadsel.
