★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier wird man nur veräppelt und hingehalten. Stundenlanges halten von Anrufen...alle Mitarbeiter sind immer und zu jeder Zeit im Gespräch. Die Automatische Stimme bewirbt über 15 Minuten irgendwelche Deals usw.
Falls überhaupt mal jemand ran geht: unfreundliche Männer mit Fakenamen wie Heiko Fröhlich, oder Herr Bond mitten im Anliegen des Kunden wird aufgelegt oder wieder zurück in die Hotline verbunden wo man mit den 1-6Tasten wieder anfängt, oder es wird gesagt das man nicht helfen kann. Kundenfreundlichkeit hier ein Fremdwort. Hätte ich das gewusst, wäre ich nicht bei Otelo geblieben...Kündigung ist im Gang...so nicht!!!
Here one is only kidded and stalled. Calls held for hours...all staff on call at all times. The automatic voice advertises any deals etc. over 15 minutes.
If anyone answers at all: unfriendly men with fake names like Heiko Fröhlich or Mr Bond in the middle of the customer's concern will be hung up or connected back to the hotline where you can start again with the 1-6 keys, or they will say that you cannot help can. Customer friendliness is a foreign word here. If I had known that, I would not have stayed with Otelo... notice is in progress... not like this!!!
