M	Michael Fröhlich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo zusammen, ich kann leider nur sehr negativ von derFirma Alluma und deren Vertriebsfirma Meteda (die kommen aus Jüchen) berichten. Ich habe ein Alluma Terrassendach über die Firma Meteda incl. Kaltwintergarten und LED-Beleuchtung gekauft, auch sollte dieses von der Firma Meteda aufgebaut werden. Ich habe das Dach im Oktober 2015 bestellt, bis Oktober 2016 war es noch immer nicht mängelfrei aufgebaut, die Kontakte zu beiden Firmen waren ein Desaster, unzuverlässig, unfreundlich bis bedrohend, immer wieder vertröstend, schlechte Qualität und kein Service.Mängel wurden negiert, so dass ich letztlich gezwungen war einen Gutachter einzuschalten und mir eine Anwältin zu nehmen.Die beiden Firmen sind scheinbar eng verstrickt, ein Hr. Hubert Schröder tritt so bei beiden Firmen als sehr wichtige Person auf. Zunächst freundlich und kompetent wirkend; Achtung!!! Ich habe mittlerweile eine andere Firma mit dem mängelfreien Aufbau beauftragt... Also Fazit: Finger weg!!! Die Firma Meteda scheint darüber hinaus in erheblichen Zahlungsschwierigkeiten zusein, ich habe schon Post vom Finanzamt erhalten, die Firma hat erhebliche Steuerschulden... Hello everybody, Unfortunately, I can report only negatively by the company Alluma and their distribution company Meteda (who come from Jüchen). I bought an Alluma patio roof over the company Meteda incl. Cold winter garden and LED lighting, this should also be built by the company Meteda. I ordered the roof in October 2015, until October 2016 it was still not flawless, the contacts to both companies were a disaster, unreliable, unfriendly to threatening, always comforting, poor quality and no service. Deficiencies were negated, so that in the end I was forced to hire an appraiser and take me to a lawyer. The two companies seem to be closely involved, a Hr. Hubert Schröder appears as a very important person in both companies. At first friendly and competent; Watch out! Meanwhile, I have commissioned another company with the defect-free construction ... So conclusion: Stay away !!! The company Meteda also seems to be in considerable financial difficulties, I have already received mail from the tax office, the company has significant tax debts ...

Drivers take no account of others, driver of an old M.A.N. truck parked in the middle of the cycle path, blocking the path for cyclists, also scolded people who had said something about it.
