★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going to several other professionals in Amsterdam, I can totally recommend Alonso Fysio as the best possible choice. Not only he is thorough with the sessions: they are long enough to have a real effect, he does not waste half of the session with paperwork (as most pros in Amsterdam seem to do), and he always follows up with a series of exercises to prevent future injuries. After my first session he sent me a pdf with all the exercises and my back and shoulder pains have really improved. I have recommended him to several colleagues and friends, not only Spanish-speaking: he also speaks English and Dutch :)

After having surgery in my knee I tried so many fysios in the city and Francisco gave me the best service and results. He's professional, he knows what he is doing and he always devotes enough time to listen, identify the problem and fix it.

I am happy to say that was totally the right choice. After two months of treatment with him I am back on track and already training for my next half marathon.
