M	Marco D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind mit dem Fahrrad zu Alpenfiets, einem lokalen "Fahrrad-Fachhändler", um uns bei dem Kauf eines Fahrradspiegels beraten zu lassen, nachdem nicht jeder Spiegel bei einer Gazelle anzubringen ist. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich dann kurz den Lenker angeschaut und eine Variante gebracht die "passt". Nachdem die schwarze Version optisch besser passt, wurde diese dann bestellt. Nachdem wir den Spiegel abgeholt haben und anbringen wollten, mussten wir feststellen dass dieser doch nicht passt. Bei Rückgabe des Spiegels wurde vom Chef, aufgrund eines Bestellartikels, die Geldrückgabe verweigert und ein Gutschein über den Warenwert erstellt. Generell würde ich das ja verstehen, aber wenn der Mitarbeiter nicht in der Lage ist, einen Spiegel zu bestellen der passt, kann das nicht das Problem des Kunden sein. Was will man auch mit einem Gutschein in einem Geschäft wo man sich schlecht beraten fühlt? We took our bikes to Alpenfiets, a local "specialist bicycle dealer", to get advice on buying a bicycle mirror, since not every mirror has to be attached to a Gazelle. The employee then took a quick look at the handlebars and brought a variant that "fits". After the black version fits better optically, it was then ordered. After we picked up the mirror and wanted to attach it, we found that it didn't fit. When the mirror was returned, the boss refused to return the money due to an order item and issued a voucher for the value of the goods. In general, I would understand that, but if the employee is not able to order a mirror that fits, that cannot be the customer's problem. What do you want with a voucher in a shop where you feel bad advice?
U	Uwe Marek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe leider keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Höfliche und freundliche Mitarbeiter sind es alle, okay. Aber leider wurde ich zweimal mit der Qualität der Ausführung der Arbeit enttäuscht. Ich fahre auf meinem Rad Tubeless und brachte es zur Inspektion. Ich habe die Werkstatt extra darauf hingewiesen, das die Reifen tubeless sind. Es wurde hinten eine neue Felge und neuer Mantel montiert. Leider wurde ein falscher Mantel geordert und montiert und die Werkstatt konnte den Hinterreifen nicht tubeless montieren und hat einen Schlauch eingezogen. Tubeless Felgenband war in der Werkstatt auch nicht vorrätig und wurde sogar noch von mir bereitgestellt! Ich habe den Hinterreifen dann selbst zuhause wieder auf tubeless umgerüstet. Ich denke, einfache Arbeiten am Rad werden in der Werkstatt zuverlässig ausgeführt, wird es aber komplexer und hochwertiger ist man hier nicht gut aufgehoben. Unfortunately, I haven't had any good experiences. Polite and friendly staff are all okay. But unfortunately I was disappointed twice with the quality of the work done. I ride my tubeless bike and took it for an inspection. I pointed out to the workshop that the tires are tubeless. A new rim and a new jacket were fitted at the rear. Unfortunately, the wrong coat was ordered and installed and the workshop was unable to install the rear tire tubeless and pulled in a tube. Tubeless rim tape was also not in stock in the workshop and was even provided by me! I then converted the rear tire to tubeless myself at home. I think simple work on the bike is reliably carried out in the workshop, but if it becomes more complex and of higher quality, you are not in good hands here.
S	Sven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Freunde kauften sich dort Ihre Fahrräder. Die Beratung war nett und höflich aber leider nicht kompetent. Es wurden auf Wunsch Gelsättel verbaut leider sind die Sättel überhaupt nicht geeignet für diese Fahrräder denn sie schleifen mit der Feder am Gepäckträger wenn man sich drauf setzt. Die Rahmengrösse ist für die beiden viel zu groß, das hätte man sehen MÜSSEN! Auch das es dann mit anderen Sätteln nicht mehr hinhaut da diese bis Anschlag nach unten montiert werden müssen um noch mit den Beinen am Boden zu kommen. Zudem wurden 26" bestellt und 28" geliefert...also alles in allem hat nichts geklappt! 2 friends bought their bikes there. The advice was nice and polite but unfortunately not competent. On request, gel saddles were installed, unfortunately the saddles are not at all suitable for these bicycles because they drag with the spring on the luggage rack when you sit on it. The frame size is way too big for both of them, you should have seen that! Also that it no longer works with other saddles because they have to be mounted all the way down to get your legs on the ground. In addition, 26 "were ordered and 28" were delivered ... so all in all nothing worked!

Hol und Bringservice für die Inspektion war inklusive. We bought our bikes there in April after a test ride. Good advice and great service, the bikes were delivered 2 days later. Pick-up and delivery service for the inspection was included.
R	Reiner Bartels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Service! Habe mein Pedelec vor 3 Jahren dort gekauft und regelmäßig zur Inspektion gebracht. Jetzt funktioniert es nicht und man hat mir tatsächlich einen Reparaturtermin in 5 Wochen angeboten. Vorher wäre leider nichts möglich. Denke, da muss man nichts weiter zu sagen. Bad service! Bought my pedelec there 3 years ago and regularly brought it for inspection. Now it doesn't work and I was actually offered a repair appointment in 5 weeks. Unfortunately, nothing would be possible beforehand. I think there is nothing more to say.
V	Viola Laakmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetentes und überaus herzliches Team ! Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und rundherum gut beraten gefühlt. Es wird sich Zeit genommen, und man bekommt nicht das Gefühl, dass man keine Zeit hat. Lieferzeiten sind leider Coronabedingt und nicht Firmenabhängig. Alpenfiets würde ich blind weiterempfehlen. Very competent and extremely cordial team! I felt that I was in very good hands and that I was well advised all round. Time is taken and you don't get the feeling that you don't have time. Unfortunately, delivery times are corona-related and not company-dependent. I would blindly recommend Alpenfiets.

Eine gute Werkstatt ist immer gut besucht und somit wartet man gerne auf einen Reparatur Termin. Meine erste Wahl bleibt Alpenfiets rund ums Fahrrad. I felt very comfortable with the advice. Be it in sales or in the workshop. The entire team is very courteous and always finds a solution. A good workshop is always well attended, so people like to wait for a repair appointment. Alpenfiets remains my first choice for everything to do with bicycles.
